Negotiation Only Service
You have already selected the property for purchase and may need an expert to help with negotiation. We can definitely help here using our expertise to get the best price possible for you.
Auction Bidding Service
You may have selected a property which is going in auction and need an expert to bid on your behalf to avoid overpaying due to emotions. We do our due diligence on the property and use tools and expertise to arrive at the right price and bid for you.
