Full buyers agency service includes end to end service for property acquisition. We support our clients throughout the purchase process including organising and reviewing building and pest inspection reports, strata reports, pool safety certificates and further negotiations(if possible) to get them best price possible for the property. In addition, you have an option to access our preferred rental management firms to manage your property post purchase, solicitors to help during the purchase, mortgage brokers for loans and building and pest inspectors.
Negotiation Only Service
You have already selected the property for purchase and may need an expert to help with negotiation. We can definitely help here using our expertise to get the best price possible for you.
Auction Bidding Service
You may have selected a property which is going in auction and need an expert to bid on your behalf to avoid overpaying due to emotions. We do our due diligence on the property and use tools and expertise to arrive at the right price. On auction day, our core objective is to win the bidding at the best price possible, and never above our estimated price.
