Negotiation Only Service

You have already selected the property for purchase and may need an expert to help with negotiation. We can definitely help here using our expertise to get the best price possible for you.

Auction Bidding Service

You may have selected a property which is going in auction and need an expert to bid on your behalf to avoid overpaying due to emotions. We do our due diligence on the property and use tools and expertise to arrive at the right price and bid for you.

Client Journey

Our buying process starts with end goal in mind followed by drafting a strategy to take you there. One of our team experts will hand hold you through the entire process until property acquisition and beyond.

Initial consultation We meet you and understand your requirements regarding budget, asset type and purchase timelines. We make you familiar with our buying process and also, highlight the benefits of working with us.
Strategy We deep dive into your requirements to understand more about your must-haves and should-haves in the desirable property and also, the budget, asset type and location preference to draft a 'Buyer's brief'. Upon seeking your go ahead, we get in touch with our real estate contacts in the area(s) to source properties matching your requirement. We inspect the shortlisted properties on your behalf and advise if anything needs further investigation or clarification.
Due diligence and negotiation We do thorough due diligence on the shortlisted property which passes our initial investigation and liking. Upon satisfaction of due diligence, we do detailed comparative market analysis ourselves to determine the real value in the current market. We negotiate the best price and terms possible using our negotiation expertise and eliminate any emotion-driven decision.
Purchase process Upon offer acceptance, we connect you with relevant professionals engaged from offer acceptance till settlement and liaise on your behalf. We make sure the purchase process is smooth and any issues arising from building and pest inspection reports, strata reports, pool safety certificates are considered carefully and if needed, price is further negotiated. We do pre-settlement inspections on your behalf and organise key collection after settlement.
Post settlement support We recommend great property managers for investment purchases at the best negotiated price for our clients. We help you with periodic portfolio reviews to make sure your steps forward are always aligned to your long term goals. We also provide you tips and tricks that we learnt from our experience to supercharge your investment journey.
