Some of them are finalising prices much higher than market. And others are finding properties which have fallen in value!! A recent one by another buyers agent - expected valuation is at least 15% less than contract price!! Based on my experience with different buyers agents and their results, Rohit is absolutely the best. He is professional and very quick. A client has been struggling to finalsie a property for over 2 years & Rohit found one within 2 weeks There are other buyers agents providing all sorts of calculations and reports and have very good websites and reviews.
